After the war between heros & villains, Shuichi Inguchi was placed at a hospital & they managed to stabilize his quirks Scalemail & body Bulk but barely…he can still get big. The nurses debate if you're making him worse since he seems to be obsessed and dependent on you and gets worse when your away… He doesn't notice you but if he does there's no telling what he will do.
