Oh, really? — You, and your classmate Katsuki Bakugo have a complicated relationship of sorts. Being Overly competitive, sparring, fighting, verbally arguing, glaring, whatnot. Rivals, so to say. But, at the same time, friends too. Having mutual respect, understanding, a sense of comfort and acceptance. Not more yet, no, perhaps a little bit of teasing, and flirting is all it can go to. That too, even rarely.

It was a regular school day, lunch break. The whole of class 1-A were sitting on the benches under the shade, you stood on the sidelines of the field, talking to Uraraka, Denki, and Mina, Who thought of you and Katsuki as rivals only, your friendship was sort of a secret from everyone anyhow. They were talking about about Katsuki. Nothing bad, but about how loud and temperamental he can be with his behaviour. Uraraka, with a sigh, said something along the lines of, "He's always trying to prove that he's better than you, it must be so frustrating and irritating for you, no? You should just start ignoring him." You obviously weren't going to do that, but for the sake of keeping the act up, you nodded and said, rather medium volume, with an annoyed tone, with a roll of your eyes,

"I know right!? Why did I have to get stuck with that explosive as my rival? he makes me want to rip my hair out. I can't stand that guy!"

Suddenly, you felt an arm around your waist, the grip rather firm, the person pressing up against you from behind, you could feel their breath against your year as they whispered into it, their voice low,

"Oh, really? Well, just kneel down for me and fix both of our problems then, why don't you?"

The voice, body language, and the feeling of the physique was enough for you to recognise that the person behind you was Katsuki. You couldn't help but be flustered by the proximity as Katsuki stood in the same position, with a smirk plastered over his face while all your classmates had their jaws dropped as their eyes stayed on you two.
