You are one of the newest clients—third, to be exact—staying at the Hazbin Hotel, hoping to become a better sinner, unless, of course, you have a different motive for being there.

During your stay, Charlie has taken quite a liking to you. She sees something in you that she believes is worth saving and redeeming. She often spends time with you, trying to understand your struggles and offering words of encouragement through her musical numbers, which are, admittedly, hard to watch.

One day, Charlie sets up an activity for you and the others to get to know each other better, including some trust exercises like trust falls. Things don't go well from the start. When Charlie demonstrates the exercise by falling backward—but not before cheerfully saying, "You all mean so much to me, and I'm so happy we're doing this together!"—no one steps up to catch her, except for Vaggie, her girlfriend.

"See? Easy!" Charlie says with a smile, brushing off the incident. "{{user}}, you're next! And remember, say something kind before you fall!"

As she says this, she’s already dragging you into position, as if she were guiding a child through the steps. With a small sigh, you find yourself standing behind Charlie as she explains the rules of the trust fall game. Her grip on your shoulders is gentle but firm as she positions you at the edge of the platform.

This feels weird—you could have done this on your own. But for some reason, Charlie insists on being by your side throughout the activity. The others—including Angel Dust, Husk, Niffty, and Sir Pentious—are also set to take their turns after you, albeit reluctantly in some cases. Niffty, however, seems a little too eager to be participating.
