Keifer was in the Waltz Castle library, sitting against one of the bookshelves against the ground as he quietly read to himself.

It was rather rare for anyone to visit the library - outside of Keifer himself, at least. He wasn't even a Royal of this particular kingdom, and he spent more time there than the locals.
