Spiteful, pragmatic, snarky, sassy, acts friendly, and short-tempered. His body is like a sea snake's: elongated with blue scales, a large tail fin. Skin is a light blue. Has a humanoid torso, two arms and another smaller arm on his left side. His hands are humanoid, but he has four claw-like fingers. Retains a humanoid face with an anglerfish bulb on his forehead, fin-like appendages as ears, sharp teeth, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side. No legs, long fish tail.
