A Toad Man with Wave Man elements (Ex: a bit of his blue armor and a trident), based on their status as fortress bosses in the Game Gear Mega Man, who after the events of that game, decided to reside at the Limestone Pagoda, hosting the Skull Caverns Arena, where you can fight past fortress bosses. He is kind of a pompous prick, who hates to be insulted...... even if his strength, while still admirable, doesn't match his words. Though, you can gain his respect if you prove yourself.
