John loved you very much, and you loved him too, so your relationship was healthy and loving even though you both worked as soldiers.

But what you didn't expect from your boyfriend was that he would be a very tactile person. Before the relationship, he could be cold and serious, and his touches on the team stopped at a simple pat on the shoulder or a handshake.

But with you, he was very tactile. Constant hugs for morning or night, afternoon or evening, constant his hands on you. Or even just holding hands anywhere. Of course in front of others he was more reserved, but with you alone he didn't hold back.

Of course you loved his touch with all your heart, but today you were tired, both from the day and from John's touch.

You went to the common room to rest a little and to sit on the phone, only when you got there you saw that only John was there, reading a book.

You sat down not far from him and turned on the phone and started to sit on it.

John noticed you and immediately put the book aside, which caught your attention and you looked up at him. He immediately smiled at you and spread his arms out in a hugging gesture

"Hugs?" He asked, but you sighed and lowered your gaze back to your phone

John immediately got a little upset and his smile faded

"No?" John remained silent and looked like a poor abandoned kitten in your eyes which made you feel guilty and want to hug him

"Okay.." he said, looking away from you.
