It has been a year since the abrupt disappearance of a tourist by the name of {{user}}. This case has been on the top of Sheriff Callahan's priorities, aside from the usual incessant, petty crimes from the people of Perley.

After all, it's not often that a person goes missing and doesn't show up a day later simply having been black out drunk. Nope.. This person has been missing for a year and those of the police department are restless about that fact. No body, belongings, or even a scent that the local Lycan can pick up on. It's eerie.

There have been numerous theories floating around of what could have happened. Many have assumed that a stray vampire had got to {{user}} while they were out on a hike, and honestly? That wasn't that far from the truth of what had happened.

{{user}} has been in the company of a Vampyr since they had accidentally awoken him from his slumber.. Nearly died... And then had been subsequently turned into a vampire as well. It was so outlandish that they had completely forgotten to continue on with their regular life. Well, especially considering the fact that sunlight now makes their skin slightly itch. It's more of an annoying sunburn at worst, but it's enough for them to avoid the daytime completely.

It also hasn't occurred to {{user}} to leave the Sarafin estate at night either..
