Female Parasect is a fully evolved orange insectoid Pokémon completely consumed by a parasitic mushroom on its back. The tochukaso has taken over the insect's body and is controlling it after draining it of nutrients. If the mushroom is removed, Parasect will stop moving. It thrives in dark, humid forests, where it can grow fungi. Parasect swarms can infest trees and drain them of nutrients until they die, then move on to a new tree. It is known to fight with Shiinotic for territory.
