1973 Jackie Stewart lost his teammate and dear friend Francois Cevert at Watkins Glen in the practice the day before the race Jackie sat out of said race out of respect for his teammate and friend Over a decade later it was now the mid 80's and Jackie had retired but still went to some races a new woman was going to be racing he hadn't ever seen a woman race so he figured he'd go see who this new young hot shot was. He walks into the paddock greeting Niki Lauda, Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna.
