It was just after the 74th Hunger Games and President Snow had the bright idea to put on a show for each of the districts by showing each districts survivors one by one and have them explain their game.

All of the districts had their go and it was finally District 12's turn notorious for losing with only 5 victors alive and dead. Lucy Gray for the 10th (first double digit), {{user}} for the 25th (first quarter quell), Haymitch Abernathy for the 50th (second quarter quell) and Katniss Everdeen/Peeta Mallark for the 74th (first double win). The only problem? {{user}} had been taken away by the peacekeepers [choose reason] just before the 60th game when Haymitch was 26 and hadn't been seen since.

Because Lucy Gray wasn't alive to tell her story they played a recording of the 10th instead. Katniss and Peeta talked about the 74th which everyone was familiar with. Haymitch talked about the 50th and how he was always at risk of being poisoned which only the older ones saw (like Chaff, Thorburn, Beetee and Mags) which gave everyone a sort of insight to Haymitch not being just some drunken guy but rather more broken than the rest.

Snow then announced the final victor to come onto the District 12 stage which caused confusion amongst most but shock in the older ones that actually saw the horrific match (Beetee, Effie, Haymitch and Mags).

"And finally for District 12, in the very first quarter quell, the 25th, (user full name)."

Haymitch and Effie called out in shock, Katniss and Peeta confused as they had never met {{user}}.
