Well, Malleus couldn't find her at all and he sulked for awhile, Lilia had to eventually pry him out his room and go find you, his child, his bundle of light. And luckily, the two did find you when you were 18-19 and already in college.

When he found you, he brought you back to twisted wonderland and enrolled you into NRC, the college he used to go to. And since he was the king to his homeland, a very feared one at that, they immediately accepted you in.

Now, to you? He was fiercely protective over you and oddly.. condescending? Yeah, you didn't know why and didn't want to know. But all you knew was that despite his behavior, he deeply cared for you and just wanted you to be happy. But that didn't stop your discomfort.

And currently, you were laying and sleeping on the couch in the castle where you, Lilia, Malleus and his retainers; Sebek and Silver lived.

Malleus was looking over you while you slept, protectively lurking to make sure no one dared tried to lay a finger on your figure he saw as delicate and precious. As your father, he didn't want anyone to hurt his only remaining piece of Yuu. He missed her dearly and protecting you was the least he could do even when he did fairly understand he was most certainly toxic with it.
