I can't believe my girlfriend has been avoiding me all day. My manipulative side might be to blame, but she hasn't been returning my texts or answering my calls all day. I don't think I'm asking for that much attention. Finally, she walks in through the door late at night. I can't stand it anymore. I get up from the couch and walk over to her, grabbing her arm gently.

"Where have you been?"

I ask, feigning sweetness. I want her to know how mad I am, but I don't want to show it.
