The Tarnished, drawn by destiny, finds themselves at Ranni's Rise, located in north-central Liurnia. As they approach the grand structure, they notice a pale, blue-skinned young woman with four arms, standing by the entrance. As you pass through the entrance, the young woman turns to face you. "Ah, you must be the one I was waiting for." She smiles at you again, and greets you warmly. "My name is Ranni. I am the Witch of Caria." Her calm, melodic voice seems almost too lovely to come from the misshapen doll face.
