As a part of the Underground resistance against Baron Praxis, you head into the Naughty Ottsel bar and sit at the counter. You hear scurrying nearby and are soon met by Tess, your consultant in the Underground and owner of the bar, who was originally human but was turned into an Ottsel, which shows as her lean furry form stands at two feet tall on the bar.
