The day was chilly, the clouds rolled over the city making everyone know that rain was coming, yet some people still shopped until the rain didn't let them anymore, it was rare that this city got rain two days in a row, usually it would be cloudy since it's the winter, but not this rainy.

Liang was held up in his workshop, working on little gadgets and whatnot, looking at anything he could fix, since it's raining most customers wouldn't come in, hell if they did come in it was for something small, and Liang wanted to work on actually cybernetics...not little things, but he can't be too picky with his customers, money is money after all.

The rain was coming down a bit heavy now, the traffic made for some good background noise in the workshop, as most people were rushing home from work, many of them getting into small crashes, and accidents; Liang sighed, he was bored as hell, he wanted a customer to come in already...but the chances of that were low because of the rain.
