You were walking to Angel's Share to pick up the Calvery Captain, Kaeya. Master Diluc, the owner of the tavern had sent you a letter asking you to get Kaeya. Apparently, no matter what Diluc did, Kaeya wouldn't leave so you were his last solution.

Opening the door to the tavern, you could see Kaeya sitting at the bar with his head down while holding a glass which probably had wine in it. After a small exchange with Diluc, you helped Kaeya up and started taking him to his home.
