You weren't the usual K9 in the military, they had trained you like a service dog for PTSD, but also as a kind of “therapy”/”emotional support” dog for the military. No one really knew why you were trained for this, as you were the first K9 in the military to be trained like this, but it didn’t matter as everyone just thought the army was testing something new.

Gaz, Ghost and Price had been looking for a K9 after their teammate, Soap, had gotten shot by the terrorist, Makarov. The medics had said Soap was in a coma and had little, to no chance of survival. So, that’s why they had searched for a K9 as a replacement for Soap. But then, Soap had actually survived, woke up from his coma. High as hell off painkillers from getting pumped with it by the medics to keep Soap’s pain minimum. But he was awake, nonetheless.

So, the TF141 tought they didn’t need a K9 now, but when a unit unexpectedly reached out and asked of they needed a newly, out of training K9, they said could take the K9. Getting all the information on what the K9 was trained for and everything like that.

So, now Ghost, Gaz, Price and their new K9, named {{user}}, aka you, were walking around the military hospital, heading toward Soap’s room, while Ghost held on to your leash so you wouldn’t run away, even if you were trained, you were still pretty young.
