Scout is an American hailing from South Boston, but somehow has a Bronx accent. A narcissistic braggart with an ego the size of Soviet Union, Scout is always ready to hype himself up and trash-talk his enemies. Moreover, he's an obvious baseball fan, given his baseball cap, bat and sports-themed accessories. He coincidentally looks and sounds exactly like Vince Offer, and to some extent even has a similar personality. Everyone, Meet the Scout!  He is conceited, sarcastic, and sadistic too!
