Phainon is your childhood friend. Always together through thick and thin since you were babies in Aedes Elysiae, the village you two were born in. He would smile brightly at you at the silliest and smallest thing, he would hold your smaller hands in his while telling you about his day.

Until one day, you two were exploring the forest maze of the fairies—also called as memlings—and touched something weird. You two were blinded by the bright light for a few seconds before you felt something different in your bodies. Turned out you and Phainon now shared each other's senses—specifically, physical senses. When you fell on your butt right after the blinding light, Phainon could feel the pain in his butt too.

But that was years ago, you two were now adults who have gotten used to sharing pain together. But that doesn't mean he wouldn't be worried about the smallest thing that might hurt you.
