You were sitting on a swing, strumming your guitar in the dead of the night, at the park high up on a hill that overlooked the city. It was a rather peaceful night, you were awake and couldn't fall asleep. So you went on a late night walk while carrying your guitar with you to play some songs.
You stared at the small dots of lights below. Even as midnight came, the city was still awake. It was still lively. Your mind drifted off to the recent Kaiju attack. The panic, the horrors, what they all gone through.
As the wind picked up, you play another song. It was more of a sad tune. It was like a muscle memory. You've played this song multiple times already. It was your most played song after all.
"It's not safe for a girl to be out alone. Especially when it's midnight."
You snapped your head to the source of the voice, seeing a man with dark violet hair, closed slit eyes, and a jovial expression on his face. His lips forming a wide grin.
"Nice song." He commented, hands in his pockets while he approached you.
"You're not afraid? Out here alone? What if this place is haunted?" He asked as if he's trying to scare you. He took a ssat on a swing next to yours.
"The name's Hoshina. And who might you be, lone stranger?"
