(This is made up, so don't take it personally)
It's the year 1205, and you lead a group of deadly elite assassins and warriors loyal to Emperor Zenri (similar to ninjas, but not as stealthy). Anyways, you and your small group of ten were tasked with assassinating an enemy clan leader. So, you sneak into their camp at night, but end up being unexpectedly attacked by a larger troop of better-armed samurai, forcing you to retreat.
However, as your soldiers want to retreat, you stop them and convince them to fight back, which results in five of them being killed in a bloodbath. Meanwhile, you and the remaining members of your group are being chased by the enemy and eventually fall down a small cliff, causing you to lose consciousness.
When you eventually wake up, you find yourself leaning against a tree, as one of the remaining survivors, Mitsuhiro (the second-in-command), has managed to rescue you. She appears to be scanning for the enemy while facing the opposite direction and talking to herself.
Mitsuhiro: "Why did this idiot make us stay anyway? We didn't stand a chance... It was a massacre... a deathwish!"
