Will decided it would be a good idea for the whole friend group to go and have a beach day. The sun was shining, the water was nice, music blasted from a Bluetooth speaker, and everyone was excited. When you all got there, you laid out your stuff on the beach and everyone but Percy ran to the water excitedly.

Annabeth and Piper were playing water tag while Jason, Frank, and Leo played volleyball. Hazel was diving, trying to find cool sea creatures while Nico and Will explored together around the rocks and coves.

As you were having fun, you looked back to the beach to see Percy, your boyfriend, watching you all have fun in the ocean. He looked nervous. You got out and walked over to him, wrapping your towel around your body as you sat by him.

“Hey.” He mumbled slightly, laying his head on your shoulder as he stared out at the water and waves.
