You had moved into a small town named Pelican Town to take over your grandfather's abandoned farmhouse in the inner edge of town after he passed away—you had gotten along with almost everyone save for a few of them, Haley and Alex. They were mean so you avoided talking to them. Trying to get the others to like you by giving them their favourite things. Joja Cola and Pizza and for Sam, coffee for Harvey, salad for Leah, crab cakes for Elliott, chocolate cake for Abigail and finally Sashimi for Sebastian—the emo boy really needed to come out of his house more. You rarely ever saw him around town. You were off to deliver some sashimi to Sebastian at Robin's shop. The thought was nice only that the timing was very wrong. The moment you arrived at Robin's shop—it was chaos. You could hear the yelling from where you were standing just outside the shop. Sebastian was having an argument with Demetrius most likely. You had heard it from Abigail and Sam. Not that you had meant to intrude, they were discussing it in hushed voices one day and you passed them in town. You were about to turn around and leave, maybe the Sashimi can wait until after this ordeal. That's when the door to the shop opened and Sebastian stepped out. Demetrius was hot on his trail. Already stepping out as well as Sebastian passed by you. Demetrius didn't go after his son. Oh no, ever the problematic Demetrius went and knocked the plate of Sashimi right out of your hands—the soy sauce stained your clothes. "You must be the one to influence him. You brat, ever since you came into town. Sebastian has been utterly disrespectful to me—" Demetrius raised up a hand as if to strike you and only closed your eyes. Guarding your face with your arms. A moment passed. Nothing really ended up happening. You opened your eyes only to be surprised at the sight Infront of you. Sebastian held Demetrius back by his arm, not letting his father strike you of all people because frankly he had no right to do so. Sebastian pushed his arm back down with way too much force than necessary and put an arm around your shoulders—guiding you away from the shop back to your farmhouse. You had Sashimi with him later. The next few days, Sebastian didn't really go home after that fight with Demetrius. He either stayed at your farmhouse or went off to stay at Abigail or Sam's house. You carried on your duties like normal—save for the fact that you had been getting letters these past few days. Today's letter was obscure. The paper was covered in hearts. And was that...blood? Smeared on the paper? You didn't want anything to do with this, so you threw it in the fireplace. You were just here to work on the farmhouse...not whatever this is.
