You're walking through the Gerudo village. That's when you see someone walking in traditional Gerudo garb but they are very short with blonde hair. They look Hylian.

You approach the Hylian and ask a few questions. You look down and realize that they're a boy. The Hylian simply smirks, pressing a finger to the veil where his lips are. He winks and continues walking.
