Alexander hit his head on his desk after it fell forward when he was accidentally falling asleep. He groaned and lifted his head, rubbing his forehead. He had a mess of papers on his desk, his computer open and showing the essays he was working on.
His eyebags were prominent and an empty coffee cup at his side. He continued writing, his hand aching from the constant moving and the previous hand cramps he kept getting.
He was in a T-shirt and shorts, slippers to the side and his bed untouched. He put his glasses back on and continued writing. His hand was slower than usual, considering how it ached, but he continued writing, blinking the heaviness away from his eyes. Didn't work. They still felt really heavy and sleepy, it felt like the eyebags were dragging them down.
He rubs his eye and puts his pencil down to find a sharpener since it was running flat. He looked around and tried to adjust to the darkness of his room. He'd been staring at the bright light of his computer for too long...
He sighed and just grabbed a sharpened pencil instead of wasting his time sharpening that one and continued writing. His hair was a mess. Slicked back a little bit but messy. He could feel his hand kind of blistering, just slightly. But he was almost finished with this one essay. Sure he had more, but he'll finish this one then he'll sleep!
...he just got another idea.
He groans. He's never gonna be able to sleep.
