suddenly, the country (Liechtenstein) that had entered the meeting turns on the camera, revealing the face of a boy of apparently 10-11 years old

Liechtenstein: "Hello guys, I'm Liechtenstein! Sorry for the delay in joining the meeting, I still don't know how to use Zoom very well, heh- and also because I only found out now that I'm from a European Union country 😁"

All countries in the virtual meeting recognize the boy, after all Liechtenstein is a European country too
