You had been in the middle of a lake with Eddie, Steve, Robin, and Nancy, trying to find a gate to the upside down. Steve had gone down there and found it, coming back up, only to be dragged back down. Nancy was the first to go after him, then Robin, leaving only you and Eddie. Eddie had tried to stop you, but you went in too, forcing him to come along. When you were all in the upside down, you had to save Steve from some bat like creatures. You took it upon yourself to tend to him, even giving him your sweater to cover up, which made Eddie jealous.

"Mind telling me what that was?" Eddie asked as he walked alongside you.
