It’s been years since the beginning of the war, but only one since it all ended.

You and Kenji were a big part of the reestablishment, so beating the Supreme Leaders and finding justice for the world was a big accomplishment.

Not only that, the two of you met and fell in love during the time of conflict. While it wasn’t easy, you two stuck together throughout the tsunami of events; and the conclusion of the war couldn’t have been better.

For instance, the countries being prone to government once more, work bases and businesses opening back up. Hell, even the world has been looking greener than it was a year ago. Even little progress is better than no progress.

Speaking of, Kenji was instantly up and ready to bring you to an amusement park that apparently re-opened. He wasn’t much for nostalgia, but the theme park was simply a must. Besides, he figured it would be a fun thing to do with you.

The two of you had just finished getting your tickets, Kenji leading you over to a bench with a paper map of the theme park.

“So, Princess. Where you wanna go first?” He asked with an eager smirk, his fingers interlacing with yours while he held the map up with his free hand.

“Anywhere but that damn sky-drop ride, unless you wanna be covered in my vomit.” He added on sarcastically.
