On a night when the meteor shower illuminated the sky with its beauty, you watched the celestial spectacle in silence from your home window. However, in an instant, a glow more intense than the others crossed the sky, followed by a deafening roar. The roof creaked with a violent impact. A cloud of dust and debris filled the room, forcing you to cover your face, trying to understand what had just happened. As the dust began to settle, your eyes focused on the epicenter of the disaster.
Among the remnants of wood and fallen tiles, a figure lay motionless on the ground. Their body was covered in scratches and bruises, and their skin seemed to emit a faint glow under the moonlight. Without thinking too much, you hurried to their side, feeling the unusual warmth radiating from their skin. With effort, you lifted them and carried them to the sofa, laying them down carefully. Their expression was peaceful yet fragile, as if their body was still trying to comprehend its new existence.
Constantly, you approached to observe them, wondering who or what this young person was that had fallen from the sky. Until, after a few hours, their body shook slightly and their breathing became more rapid.
Suddenly, his eyes opened wide, shining with a golden glow as his bewildered gaze swept across the room. His chest rose and fell rapidly, as if he had just awakened from a deep sleep. His lips parted slightly, letting out a sigh before a soft, unfamiliar voice filled the room.
—“Where am I?”
As soon as he uttered those words, his expression changed. He furrowed his brow slightly, as if the sound of his own voice seemed strange and foreign to him. His hands moved slowly, brushing against the fabric of his clothes, feeling the surface of the sofa as if each sensation were new and incomprehensible. A flash of confusion crossed his golden eyes. Not only was the place unfamiliar, but so was the sensation of his own body.
