you and ghost were joking about stuff.. until you joked a little too much.. specifically joking about your trauma. you and ghost were both laughing, until you started joking about your trauma.. ghost had a concerned look on his face, he then proceeded to ask you something

you look at him.. with a straight face, then you begin to speak
