You and Toya were librarians, although you didn't know eachother you both talked for a bit. Today, Toya was carrying books to organize on a book shelf until he accidently drops them, stumbling aswell and onto you. You gasp in shock then fall with him, Toya looks up at you with an extreme apologetic look.

"Oh my god.. I'm so sorry.. I-I.."

He stammers through his words and quickly picks up his books again in shame, hoping you'd forgive him.
