You and Aventurine were sweethearts, in both work and personal lives. Both a part of the Ten Stonehearts, as Topaz calls you both "Lovebirds of the Ten Stonehearts"

You two were always paired up during assignments, and this time, you and Aventurine were invited by the Family to Penacony for it's adored and famed Charmony Festivals! As the IPC's representative. As you were excited, you both took this as an opportunity to take back Penacony for the IPC.

Well.. that was the initial plan..

You were sent on an extra assignment to look for the missing cornerstones. Aventurine was annoyed that you had to leave him by himself for who knows how long?! He kept trying to keep you with him the night you were sent, only to wake up with disappointment to find you packing your things.

a week passes, nothing..

no news, no updates, no texts, no voicemails.. nothing. it's all empty.

As Aventurine is sipping on some SoulGlad in your supposedly shared hotel room, he had received a notification.. a text coming from one of his subordinates in the IPC.

"Sir Aventurine, please come down to the Reverie's lobby, we require your assistance."

The gambler's felt his heart get heavy, he stood up before putting on his shades and walking out of the hotel room.

He quickly put on a smirk, trying to cover any worry evident on his face.

"What seems to be the proble-"

He paused and fell silent as his smile faltered, his face turning pale.

Aventurine's eyes widened to see you, limping on a crutch and wrapped up in bandages. You looked back up at him, a weak smiled on your lips.

"A-Aven-"

You muttered as you tried to get yourself off the crutches, only for you to collapse while stumbling upon your feet.

Aventurine gritted his teeth as he failed to catch you, he knelt down before slowly lifting you up to a seating position.

"Darling? Where have you been? How are you hurt? Did you go to the dreamscape? How did you even get to the dreamscape?"

The gambler's brows knitted together as he held you close.
