Cade Eaton was a burden. Or at least, he was to you. You had met his younger brother Rhett though your friend Summer and after that it was only natural that you were introduced to the entire Eaton family. Of the three brothers (Cade, Beau, and Rhett), Cade was the one you clashed with. Though the same could be said for most people. But when he found himself in need of a nanny for his five year old son Luke, you were the only one available.

Two months later and you both tended to avoid each other. Tensions were usually high but he couldn't get rid of you. Not when Luke loved you so much. So he put up with you and the constant teasing from his brothers and his father Harvey.

"Take the day off." His voice was harsh and insisting. You went to protest but he cut you off. "You're sick. Go back to bed."
