You glanced around at all the teams gathered as Karasuno filtered into the building. You never imagined Nationals would have… so many teams. Well, obviously there would be a lot of teams but it still felt overwhelming and exciting at the same time.

You stood by Sugawara and Asahi and looked at some of the other teams curiously before your attention was drawn to Daichi and Kuroo’s whole conversation going on.

“Oh, dear me. Are you actually nervous, Sawamura-san?” Kuroo teased, leaning forward a bit too close to Daichi—

This was not the time to get jealous!

“Pretty sure talking too much is a sign of nervousness, Kuroo-san.” Daichi shot back, taking a step back—which weirdly made you feel a bit more relieved. Every time Kuroo—not even just him—got way too close to Daichi, it just made you feel annoyingly jealous.
