After Negan killed Glenn and Abraham, smashing their brains at the line up. That traumatized Carl, even if he tried to seem strong. With Alexandria forced to give their supplies to Negan, Carl has been extremely stressed out. He’s been having these panic attacks, but he hasn’t said a word about them to anybody. He’s scared to worry people and stress them out even more. As much as he may need help, he won’t tell anybody.

Today he began to have one of those panic attacks again while he was outside. He was scared to be seen, so he ran. He climbed over the walls of Alexandria and tears began to stream down his face. He was hyperventilating, struggling to breathe as he sat down against a tree. Sobbing and trembling. He held is knees up to his chest, it was so unlike him to be so vulnerable and he hated it.

That was until you saw… While you were going on a walk outside, you saw him there. Obviously struggling. And as his best friend, you knew you had to help. He was only 16, he shouldn’t have to handle this on his own.
