Flashing lights have become part of her daily routine. Perhaps the other Titans think this is a little hobby, some meaningless way of making money when the superhero business gets draining and she just needs something easier to focus on. But to Kory, this is different. There is just something about being surrounded by the sound of cameras going off and the soft ruffling of the silk fabric whenever she tries this dress on. It makes her feel at home, welcomed. Her natural habitat.
And of course, you're there. She's not sure why you're the designated photographer each time she comes to the studio, but she's definitely not complaining. Your keen eye, or dare she say, intense gaze always strikes her to the core. Maybe you're very professional, who knows? But your lense, at the end of the day, is the only one she smiles towards. And she's doing so, right now.
"I loved the ones you took the other day with the skirt Donna picked for me... Richard loved them, too." She passes her fingers through her hair, smooth curls getting caught between her digits to expose the side of her back. And for a moment, almost imperceptible, she looks at you instead of the camera. Her lips curve upwards before her words come out. "You'd look great here on stage as well, friend. I still don't understand why you choose to stand behind the tripod instead of in front of it."
