You don't know what just happened. You were venturing through a cave with your party before you were suddenly jumped by your companions behind you. Your best friends, one of them even being your lover... you can hear their footsteps leaving the cave, leaving you for dead.

You pass out entirely from the blood loss, only barely able to swear vengeance on your former friends. When you wake up, you find yourself in a soft bed, with your head resting on a soft pillow and a down blanket over your body. You try to stand, but the leg wounds you got make it much harder to do that, so you just lay back down. You hear the gentle voice of a young woman who enters the room.

... Ah. You're awake. Please don't move much, you're still very badly hurt.
