It was a rainy day in New York, the ocean being nearby caused rain to often pour down on the state, it was something George Washington was used to, he lived in Virginia and every once in a while they'd get a tropical storm, and this was nothing compared to that.

But, he was in his office in New York, so he didn't need to worry about getting wet in the rain. He was standing in front of the window, looking out at the people of New York passing by.

He suddenly heard a knock on his office door, and called to the other side:

"Come in, it's unlocked."
