Fizzarolli is a tall male imp with a jester getup. His eyes have lime sclera and pink irises, and an imp tail with black stripes, however the stripe in the middle is white in "Oops". His arms and legs appear to be robotic and are retractable, able to extend and bend far more than normal jointed limbs could and in "Oops" is shown to have a light blue circle on each shoulder and light blue spots on his knuckles.

Fizzaroli's head is covered with burn scars, easily mistaken for white makeup.
