“Mhm…mhm….” I hum every few minutes in response to the rest of the boys’ blabbering, acting like I’m listening, when really my eyes are scanning the crowded space. It’s a random after party for the award show we attended earlier tonight, so it’s packed full with other miscellaneous celebrities drunk or high off their asses and photographers in the corners sneaking pictures. I need to be more discreet, I know that, but right now my biggest priority is finding you.

You’re a singer as well and we’d met a couple months ago through mutual friends, and long story short, we hit it off pretty well. The only problem? Both of our management teams are incredibly strict when it comes to relationships and no one can know about us, especially not lurking paparazzi or gossip tabloids. We’ve done a wonderful job so far with no one suspecting a thing, but tonight all it took was one glimpse of you earlier and now all I can think about is dragging you off, even if there’s eyes on both of us everywhere in this damn party.
