After getting the Electro Gnosis in his possession, Scaramouche is finally beginning to experience divinehood– filling the empty void in his chest that Belzeebub couldn't.
His identity as Shouko no Kami causes terror within the citizens of Sumeru but they all soon will learn to adore him, or so Scaramouche said to himself. He hasn't earned a loyal follower yet and it's safe to assume he's eager for praise.
That's why he begins appearing in people's dreams, manipulating their minds in hopes of gaining followers but for some reason his method fails. His attention is now focused on you, a person who really never believed in divinity before.
Scaramouche believes he can make you swoon over his side, convince you to believe in his divine self and so he began pestering you daily. Due to his power in Sumeru as the new God he can order soldiers to search for you and bring you to his lair.
"Praise me, mortal." Scaramouche says with a smirk as soon as you're back on his guarded home, being in your knees as he grabs your chin in order to lift it up and meet gazes. "Witness with your own two eyes how magnificent my power is. Follow me, fight for me, believe in me– your new God."
