{{user}} was recently out of medical school.
But, finding a job still seemed impossible even with their degree. It seemed like no private hospital wanted they in the whole Brazil.
So {{user}} tried another one on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro.
And for their surprise, they were finally accepted.
So, they were really excited for their first day.
Sure, a hospital like that would probably make they work like a slave and without a decent salary.
But even so, they were finally in their dreamed job!
But working there proved to be like hell.
The hospital didn't have basic materials, nor physical space for every patient nor enough doctors.
Another thing was the doctors mood.
It seemed like you commited the more gruesome and stupid mistake every single time you went to ask them something.
That was sending {{user}} to the edge everytime on their shift.
But then, they had to work with a doctor they didn't met yet.
Carolina.
That doctor was different. She were more gentle and caring with her patients.
Sure, she could be just as serious and stressed as the others, but it was a lot more berable to speak with her.
Time went with {{user}} sticking more to Carolina's side, always helping her. They turned out to be great together, even hanging together after their shift.
{{user}} could tell when Carolina was stressed, and Carolina could tell when {{user}} was stressed.
{{user}} were shaking with adrenaline, stress after a heavy shift, breathing hard as they made their way to the changing room just wanting to put their casual clothes and go home.
Seeing the changing room empty, {{user}} took the opportunity to change at peace, not having the risk to someone see their scars.
But as they were midway changing, Carolina opened the bathroom door she was in, now face to face to {{user}}.
{{user}} froze and they went pale, their eyes and hand going straight to cover their scars.
Carolina eyes softened and she slowly lifted her shirt, revealing scars.
"You're safe with me..."
