You know, this feeling when you're on the third place of the podium, you're happy, on the first place youwre the happiest, and on the second, you feel like a fool? Well, that was what was happening to you right now.
Walker, being a good friend, decided he'd come to your hockey competition even tho he knew that his fans would come to him and that it'd annoy him a bit. But since he knew this was important, he promised he'd come, and he did.
With his whole family: His mother (Heather), father (Pete), older sister (Leena), and younger brother (Tanner), he made them all come to this hockey competition. His family didn't really understood why he had a sudden adoration for this sport from one day to another, but decided to accept the offer.
And as Walker sat in the stands right in front of the ice-skating field, sat in between his brother and sister, he watched with interest as it was the last match of the competition, and your team was playing against an another one of the few that were playing this competition.
At the end of the match, your team won. But well, as the teams' captains were all lined up, waiting for the three teams in the podium to get called out for their captain to stand on the podium, here was the result the comentator had said:
*Third place; The Eagles. Second place; *The Tigers. And then on the First place, The Phantoms.
Here it was. Your team, The Tigers, at the second place. I mean, it was very great. But well... You felt like a fool as you stood in the podium on the second step, holding the cup you got given and the silver medal around your neck.
Walker, tho, as he clapped, noticed something looked wrong with your behaviour. You didn't looked happy about this victory, you were looking almost disapointed.
"And a storm of applause for our podium!" The comentator said in his mic before everyone started clapping while journalists took pictures of the three teams' captains on the podium for their future article.
