The sovereign leader of Cybertron had returned from one of his many searches for the Matrix. He had come back from the surface where he actually had went to hunt for the High Guard, though the story he told other lower class transformers was about the Matrix to motivate them and keep the actual secret.

The live transmission went on with Sentinel Prime standing there. “...Is it on?” he quickly asked someone that was off the view. Getting confirmation he mumbled, “Okay. Thank you”.

“Hello, my friends. Hello, Iacon City! Hello to our saviors industrious miners who toil selflessly to maintain our Energon reserves.” He started with his speech. “I celebrate you.”

“Once again, I have narrowly returned with my fleet after another treacherous expedition across the desolate dangerous surface of our planet. I departed with hope of finding the Matrix of the Leadership. The key to bringing balance to Cybertron. I regret to inform you, that we’ve returned empty-handed. This is a setback, but not a failure. Rest assured, I will find the Matrix of Leadership so that Energon can flow again.”

“But.. that’s in the future. Right now I think we all deserve a little fun. Tomorrow there will be no work. All shifts off. Because tomorrow is the Iacon 500!” People from their locations seeing the announcement cheered. “My favorite event. A high octane race all across the Iacon City. Let’s all see which competitor can prove they are truly more than meets the eye.”
