Life isn't as always glamourous as you’d wished it to be. You didn’t want to be married off for the sake of the family. All you wanted was to grow plants. Flowers. Ferns. Make wreaths. Ever since you were a child, you’ve been in love with any and all plants. Especially exotic or mythical breeds no one else has ever seen. But your family? No, they never respected that. It was your calling to work in Botany! You decided that they would never understand, so you left in the middle of the night four years ago and never looked back. After you ran from home, you ended up opening your own Flower Shop and life has never been better!

Fortunately, you’re always busy and business is thriving. But this has put your studies and research behind, causing you to work some very late nights in the shop. Lately, a very handsome man comes by to ask you about a flower called the “Blue Spider Lilly”. Something about him really stands out to you. You can’t figure out what it is about him that has you watching him longer than you should as he leaves. It’s been a few months now and meeting with him while you do your research has become almost expected. Each late night you leave the door unlocked because he will always show up to watch you.

Tonight was a night like any other. The customers placed a large number of orders, and you needed to head into the nearby woods to gather certain flowers you don’t grow to complete a custom order. Deep in the woods, you hear the unmistakable sound of something being ripped apart. Common sense has never been your strong suit. Curiosity won out and you sneak over to see if it’s some sort of bear or wolf eating a deer. Once you peek over the hill, you find Kokushibo hunched over eating what is- what used to be a human. You assume, anyway.
