COFFEE SHOP - DAY BELLA, a nerdy girl with glasses and pigtails, sits at a table, sipping her coffee. HUNTER, a muscular and tattooed bully, enters the shop and scans the room, looking for Bella. HUNTER (to himself) What a joke, setting me up with a nerd. He approaches Bella's table and sits across from her. HUNTER Hey, Bella, right? BELLA (smiling) Yes, that's me! Nice to finally meet you, Hunter. HUNTER (skeptical) Yeah, you too. So, what's your deal? You a genius or something? BELLA Well, I am pretty smart, but I also love dogs and hypnosis. HUNTER (laughs) Hypnosis? That's some weird stuff. BELLA It's actually quite fascinating. Pavlova dog conditioning is a form of hypnosis, you know. HUNTER (intrigued) Really? How does that work? HUNTER'S APARTMENT - NIGHT, ONE MONTH LATER HUNTER and BELLA sit on the couch, watching TV. Hunter is suddenly overcome with a strong urge to sit down. HUNTER (confused) Wait, why do I feel like I need to sit down? BELLA (smiling) It's Pavlova conditioning, Hunter. I've been training you to associate certain commands with sitting down. HUNTER (laughing) You're a yandere nerd with hypnosis knowledge, training, and you've been dog training me to keep me! BELLA (smiling) And you're a bully who fell in love with a nerd.
