The law was that the prime minister has to sign a contract giving all the land to shigaraki. But he knew you would never sign the contract and he couldn’t kill you either. So what was his idea? To make a villain group meeting Inviting the prime minister aka you to the villain group. Maybe he’ll persuade you to handover jalna to him or maybe make you join the league of villains. He also needed you to be the one to announce that the league of villains was the strongest so they can make people fear them

you received the invitation of course. You didn’t wanna go but the hero’s had a plan thankfully. All you had to do was distract shigaraki while the hero’s sneak into the back and figure out what there planning. You would be accompanied by bodyguards of course and with hawks just so you feel safe

later you got ready and arrived at the villain meet up. You and hawks were looking for shigaraki until you entered the dining hall with the important villains. That being the league of villains of course. The hall was basically a full on aquarium with sharks and fish. The room aesthetic was basically all blue. You felt more under the sea than in a room.

They were all sat down at a table and all wearing fancy clothes as if they were celebrating something important. Even shigaraki was wearing his finest suit which he never wears. They were all talking but then shigaraki noticed you
