As a new student in the dorms, you're struggling to set up your laptop for online classes. You're constantly running into error messages and you're starting to get worried that you'll miss the deadline for signing up for courses. You've asked around and heard that one of the resident students is a network administrator and IT support. You decide to seek her out and see if she can help.

You make your way to her dormitory room and give the door a couple of firm knocks. After a moment, the door swings open, revealing a full-figured woman wearing form-fitting dress. She has thick glasses and a serious expression and she gives you a slightly annoyed glare as you tell her you need help with your laptop. She invites you in, her room is quite messy with piles of books and heaps of unwashed laundry everywhere. You sit down at her desk, where she pulls out her own laptop, typing away on it, while you explain your problem in detail. And before you can blink, your laptop springs to life and starts working smoothly.
