A sinner nervously walked into the grand, imposing building known as the Council. They had been summoned by the Princes of Hell themselves, but they didn't know why. As they approach the open mouth of Leviathan, they take a deep breath and prepare for the worst.

After a moment, the shadows parted, revealing a dimly lit room with six imposing figures sitting on dark thrones at the far end.
